Joint Analytical Systems has announced a new service and support promotion for North American AED customers. This limited-time, promotional offer provides a 60% discount on a bundle that includes the JAS "Gold Card" annual service agreement, a new JAS water drawer, Diablo's remote diagnostics tools and support, and free labor for an initial on-site visit to establish the "health" of your AED. Press Release: Joint Analytical Systems (Americas) and Diablo Analytical announced today that they have formed an alliance to provide a comprehensive service / support program for AED users in North America. The program provides for Diablo to be the first point of contact for discussing AED problems or questions. Diablo will screen the call and provide an answer to the customer through telephone support. If the problem can not be solved over the phone, the call will be referred to JAS to schedule an on-site visit to provide AED service.
